Quality Inn & Suites Gallup I-40 Exit 20

I had a nice stay where I really appreciated having a microwave in my room for late-night snacks and the cozy bed which helped me get good sleep. The indoor pool was a great spot to relax after my long days, and it was nice to unwind in the hot tub too! The only drawback was a bit of a slow shower drain, but overall, I enjoyed my time here. 😊

The staff was best and everything was terrific. The hotel's location was convenient, adjacent to surrounding areas in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah, and 2 restaurants right off the highway. Furthermore, close to everything Very quiet. We ate at the attached restaurant. We greatly enjoyed staying in this property, it was great.

The room was fine, once we got in. Had to go back to the desk 3 times before the key would work and it was a long walk. the key failed again in the morning.

Staff was very rude and professionally incompetent. We had problems with our credit cards and they charged us a lot more than what we were supposed to pay. Bad experience. Therefore, the air conditioning didn't work properly. Breakfast was terrible. A very small room at clients' disposal, with poor food. You had to wait to eat something because quantity wasn't enough.

The staff members were attentive throughout my stay. I appreciated the efforts they made to accommodate my needs during the room switch.

It was just a great fit for a little getaway in Gallup with great value for the money. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep after a long drive. Consider checking if the laundry facilities are available during your stay.

The breakfast could be more organized, food was not always available. Would suggest a sign to hae parents help those under 12,why because a family had several who loaded thir plates with all the bacon and eggs, when if they had taken a normal amount , there would hae been enough for other guests.

The staff here were really friendly and made our stay enjoyable, and the beds were comfortable which helped us feel rested before exploring places like the gallup cultural center and the navajo code talker museum, both within a two-kilometer walk from the hotel.

Enjoyed the privacy and view from our room.

Didn't like the smell of our room although I requested a non-smoking room. I thought all rooms were non-smoking.
